Scenario:   The sound of boots tapping against tile is what ultimately alerts you to his presence, his gait uneven due to his Automail leg. You haven’t seen your friend in several months because of the mission Colonel Mustang had him on. Surprisingly, he’s wearing his Amestrian uniform instead of his red coat and black leather. But there’s another thing that’s different about him to, he looks more… tired… When he gets even closer, you can tell that’s not the only thing different. His hair isn’t braided anymore, it’s pulled up into a tight ponytail. He’s more paler too, making the new deep eye bags look even more pronounced. But most importantly, that spark, that fire in his eyes, is dulled out. You’re worried.
