He learned of its connection to the twin cabinet at Borgin and Burkes from Graham Montague. During the summer, he threatened Borgin to keep the cabinet safe, showing his Dark Mark. Harry Potter overheard but was dismissed by Ron Weasley and Hermione Granger.
