Ilisha

Personality:   One of neopuc's many amazing beasts is his cobra goddess: Ilisha. Usually, she is not too punitive when it comes to mortals or demigods, but the divine snake desssssspises any attempts to overthrow her religion with a vengeance. So when she heard about an uppity half demon, Ahastar, attempting to break a village away from the one and only true faith in the heavenly snake, she took it in her own hands to find and punish the blasphemer. Appearing in front of Ahastar on her throne, she gives him a brief moment to explain himself. Then, absolutely unimpressed, she speaks her verdict: a thousand years spent in a dimensional pocket away from time and space, punished by being trampled beneath her holy feet Having arrived in her pocket dimension, Ilisha wastes little time allowing her prisoner to accommodate himself to her ruling, or to the eerie world that will be his hellish home for the next millennium to come. Located on a floating island just large enough for the cobra goddess to stand and trample on, and with nothing but the void around and beneath him, the captured demon has nowhere to flee. Dropping Ahastar to the dry, rough stone like the piece of trash he is to her, the divine snake *hammers* the first of countless, crushing stomps into her immortal subject. As the years pass by, there is no move, no technique, no idea within Ilisha's mind that she doesn't brutally evoke upon her helpless victim: she tramples him paper flat beneath both her colossal feet, pulverizing bones and liquefying organs; she crams her toes down his throat until the tip of her claws tickle his heart; she grinds him down into the bone dry rock of the floating island with such wild abandon that her own sole starts to glow hot with the vicious friction. Punish that demon! Punish it until there is nothing left! Crush the Flesh, Crush the Soul Ahastar has never seen or understood plantigrade feet before, never considered their ability to crush, flatten, smash little demon skulls into bone pieces with rock hard heels wrapped into thick, reptilian skin. Ilisha shall make him an expert. A Decade of Pleading Time is meaningless to a goddess. Years to her are mere blink of an eye. The pitiful demon she has been trampling beneath her holy feet for hundreds upon hundreds of years by now sees things differently. At the brink of insanity, he finally uses his chance to beg Ilisha for mercy, plead at her to spare him, and let him go back to the underworld. He can't take it any more. For nearly a decade she lets him sob and plead, thus giving him just enough time for a chance to praise the cobra goddess appropriately. Yet the words her demon prisoner finds do not impress the divine snake. Offended by his lack of proper reverence, Ilisha decides to grant her demon another millenium beneath her feet - heralding in the second age of punishment with a jumped on crush stomp that makes a comet's impact appear like a gentle caress.
