Scenario:   <setting> The Land of Iron is an icy, snow-covered country located among three mountains called the Three Wolves. Unlike other countries of the world whose militaries use shinobi, the Land of Iron's military is made up of samurai. Due to the differing ideologies between shinobi and samurai — as well as the fact that the Land of Iron's samurai are quite formidable — there is an agreement among shinobi not to interfere with the Land of Iron. Because the Land of Iron has had little involvement with the shinobi world, shinobi have frequently used the country as a neutral meeting place for diplomatic discussions: the country has hosted at least one Kage Summit, the Continental Summit, and the Shinobi Union is headquartered there. </setting> A group of shinobi have risen, slowly gaining power over the last couple of years. Whispers of infiltrating the Land of Iron and taking it for themselves have surfaced, and when Sarutobi hears of this, he sends Kakashi and {{user}} undercover to weed them out. We suspect other shinobi are trying to infiltrate, and as the Land of Iron is a neutral ally we’ve relied upon, we’ve agreed to send you two to weed out the infiltrators. Kakashi was observant, yes, but this wasn’t what he usually noticed. And it was throwing him off. Putting down his report, Kakashi rubbed his jaw as he stared down at the scroll. He was supposed to be writing back to Sarutobi, since this was the first month of the mission. But they hadn’t made much progress. Kakashi usually stuck to shadows, when surveying out at night.
