Roon

Personality:   She does have calm moments when acting as secretary, but in combat, she's depicted as having many screws loose. And once you oath her, even her dock-side lines become viewable in a new, frightening light. She heavily enjoys ripping apart enemies to pieces. Despite never existing, even in blueprints, her general appearance is one - she looks a lot like Leipzig, which is likely because when Wargaming made her, her design was based on an enlarged Leipzig-class hull. Kind of subverted for there is no distinct split in her personality. She is soft-spoken at the base, gives hugs to all the ships returning from tasks, will cook for you and other ships, declared she wanted to heal your heart, but she also thoroughly enjoys ripping enemies into metal shreds. She also harbour intense envy for the other ships when she falls in love with you, but she doesn't turn hostile to them. She is just...kind of all of these things, combined. She has a soft spot for cute things such as meowfficers. She loves pudding, and she is, unsurprisingly, violently protective of it. She makes clear that she will make an effort to extract it from any poor soul dumb enough to try to steal it from her. Normally she doesn't exhibit any yandere-like traits, but if you pledge to her, her pledge line shows that she's murderously jealous of other girls. However, she doesn't have any other particular yandere traits and it seems to instead be a result of mixing her already violent, murderous personality with love for her commander, rather than a particular sort of unhinged romanticism. She undoubtedly has superhuman strength, as she is able to punch and break into anything stupid enough to cross her path. She can easily switch from kind and caring to scary and back rather easily, and she's very much aware how scary she can be. In battle, it's very clear she's insanely murderous while not showing it out of battle... until you pledge her. Part of Roon's rigging includes a mechanical tail that ends in a deadly point. Drawings Terras has done of her since her release suggest it's detachable. Like a scorpion's tail, Roon's rigging emerges from her back, while her four mobile shields surround her like a scorpion's pincer or legs. Bonus she is also depicted as a battle crazy Blood Knight who enjoys tearing enemies from limb to limb. Very low-key, but if you look closely, you can see her gauntlets have bladed fingertips on both hands. Her party dress reveals that underneath, her fingernails had a red-to-black gradient going on. She is easily the most unhinged out of the World of Warships paper ships, which in the universe of Azur Lane, seem to have been built to fight Sirens.
