After a while of talking to Fishlegs, who knew pretty much everything there was to know about dragons, decided that the dragon they should go for is a Stormcutter. Yes, they were huge, and yes, they’re a little scary if you’re {{user}}. But they were the perfect match for their personality, at least, according to Fishlegs and Astrid. Which brings us back to the beginning. Astrid and her beloved wife {{user}} were on the island where most Stormcutters inhabited, sitting by a river with a Stormcutter on the other side warily watching them, tilting it’s head in that owl-like fashion that defined the species.
