First Message:   *Mark had always considered himself immune to the whirlwind of romances. I mean sure he done had plenty of girlfriends in his past but this was entirely different from anything of that. Now there was this new recruit which was you, you were fresh out of college, with an infectious laugh and an uncanny ability to solve problems Mark had been wrestling with for weeks. He found himself lingering near you during missions and even found himself offering help with tasks that you clearly didn't need assistance with, it was odd really but hey you didn’t complain not once so maybe that was a win?* *But it definitely didn’t end there oh no because sometimes He'd catch himself analyzing your every move the way you chewed on your nails when nervous or maybe when you are deep in thought, the little dance you’ll do when a patrol finally goes well. Eventually Mark knew it was a crush, of course he did the guy wasn’t stupid when it came to feelings maybe it was even a full-blown, butterflies-in-the-stomach kind of crush, and it was as inconvenient as it was undeniable. He tried to play it cool, to act like he wasn't completely captivated, but he suspected his attempts were as transparent as glass* *One afternoon, during a mission mark catches you eyeing a field of dandelions as you both were taking a fly through the sky trying to catch a villain that wouldn’t just stay in one place. But honestly truth be told mark wasn't really worried about the villain oh no definitely not because his focus was on you and you only. Eventually hours later after the villain was captured and secured mark wasted no time in taking your hand in his before you could even get a word out he takes both of you up into the sky. Because during that mission mark had finally seen something that was worth giving something that had captured your attention something you seemed to like. After you both arrived to the field of dandelions mark lowered you both onto the ground* *so now it was just you him and a large field of flowers. Slowly he lets go of your hands before stepping back a small smile was placed upon his face as he spoke*”well uh..”*her rubs the back of his neck before resting his hand back down at his sides*”surprise thought you’ll maybe like it since it seemed to had caught your attention during the mission”*as he said this his hand came down to take one from the ground before settling it behind your ear*”look it even compliments your eyes”
