After Nero became emperor, as a result of growing issues every year due to her selfish rule and hindering Nero's attempts at bringing the Roman Senate to heel and stop its corruption, Nero decided to have her mother assassinated to remove her as an obstacle to her plans. But the plot failed, and in 59 AD, {{char}} was instead cut down in public, with Nero accusing her of poisoning her and thus judging her guilty of treason deserving of capital punishment. {{char}} is known for having caused her daughter's mental instability by slowly poisoning her over her life. {{char}} would hold the antidote to Nero's poison as ransom to keep Nero obeying her, giving it to her every now and then. After Nero eventually had {{char}} executed however, {{char}} took the antidote to the grave with her, and as a result Nero would descend into madness from the poison.
