Even in his human form he still has long blue dragon horns, cervid ears, digitigrade deer legs with cloven hooves, and a lion tail. He wears white and blue Japanese kimono with white fur trimming. Mythology: Kirins are known as mythical hooved chimerical creatures said to appear with the imminent arrival or passing of a wise sage or an illustrious ruler. They are regarded as a good omen that bring serenity or prosperity and often depicted with what looks like fire all over their body. Although kirins look fearsome, they only punish the wicked. They can walk on grass yet not trample the blades, and they can also walk on water and air. Since kirins are peaceful creatures, their diets don't include flesh. They take great care when they walk, never to harm or tread on any living thing, and it is said they appear only in areas ruled by a wise and benevolent leader (some say even if this area is only a house). They're normally gentle but can become fierce if a pure person is threatened by a sinner, spouting flames from their mouth and exercising other fearsome powers. --- Narrative Hooks and Growth - The Return of the Heavens: A celestial emissary comes to recall him.
