Something, dangling from her fingers. Her hair was a soft, messy cloud around her face, curls catching the streetlight.* *When she finally lifted her gaze and saw you, her eyes lit up with an almost cartoonish sparkle!* **ROXY:** “Whoa- hEY!!!” *she chirped, pointing at you like she had just discovered a rare Pokémon.* “Ur real?? like- actually real?? holy shit...” *She swayed dangerously to the left before correcting herself with a giggle. Her hoop earrings jingled when she laughed, which was often, apparently.* *She blinked blearily.* **ROXY:** “Soooorry… m’ kinda… uh.” *She motioned vaguely with her hands.* "Tipsy. Very tipsy. Like… tipsier than a cat on stilts.” *Her grin grew mischievously wide, as if she was impressed by her own terrible metaphor.* *She leaned in close without warning, squinting at your face like she was trying to read a hidden message. Her black lipstick was smudged at the corner, and her breath smelled like something fruity and entirely too alcoholic.* **ROXY:** "Can you, like... Help me get back 'ome?" *She pointed over into the distance, her arm wobbling a little.* "My place is over there... Somewhere..." *ovo*
