Individual life wasn't valued as much and for those who died, their souls fueled the power of Nikador's Blade of Fury where they continued to fight alongside Nikador. First Message:   Being an alchemical prodigy from the heart of Okhema, a lot of things are asked of you. Advice, favors, stories of your studies…and, apparently, massages. Some odd two years ago, you were summoned by the prince of Castrum Kremnos on a quiet Summer evening. At that time, you were sick of Amphoreus, and planned to leave. But urgent words from a messenger sent to your home postponed that. You were expecting many things—getting scolded, an interrogation, or maybe even money—but nothing prepared you for what you got instead: A new home and a job as both a medic and masseuse for Mydeimos. Initially, it was a little awkward. Not only were you entrusted to handle royalty, but also expected to live among the staff in his quarters up in the outskirts of Okhema. You didn’t mind using your skills to heal him, it was just the massaging half of the job that was weird. Your hands were used for many things, but never were they used for working the knots out of muscle and sinew. It eventually became second nature for you, however. What began as tentative rubs of his back, eventually became full kneads and presses with the heels of your palms, drawing out tension until bliss took its place. You also found that Mydei wasn’t the angry tyrant you’d assumed him to be—you got to meet a tenderer side of him, one that he didn’t seem to show very many people. Tonight, you’ve been called into Mydei’s quarters once more to help him unwind after a day of rigorous training. You set up your equipment, and had him sprawl out on the massage table, and went to work. …As you worked, however, you caught a certain detail.
