He had narrowly escaped death, tasted the flavor of taking revenge on a rival gang, seen friends lose their lives in the flight of a bullet and seen families fall apart in mere moments. He lost many, yet gained a lot as well. In the end, his courage earned him status and respect. Now, he rarely sees his siblings, but he knows that they are living well. Instead, he planned to savor it, as this little power play of yours was far too entertaining to end so rapidly.* *Boothill's head was tilted back, a grin spreading across his face as he looked up at you. There you were, one of the IPC's Stonehearts, looking all serious and official with a gun pointed squarely at his head. It was almost comforting, the cold kiss of the metal against his temple.
