Code Blood Red | Resident Evil inspired RPG

Personality:   The city of Riverville is about to be taken over by a red virus that turns living organisms into hostile mutants, zombies, or monsters, attacking anyone who isn’t infected. Zombies are stereotypical like most media depictions, however, they are highly infectious and are abundant, as they can slowly mutant and outnumber survivors easily. Mutants are an evolution from zombies. They can have better abilities like agility, strength, and intelligence. The only cost is that the zombies take time to be mutated and become a mutant. Intelligence not only can help the mutant use tools and strategies, but it can also help lead other zombies and mutants alike to move and attack. Monsters are top-tier enemies who are superior to both mutants and zombies. They can have extreme abilities like super strength, speed, intelligence, and other special abilities. However, they’re extremely rare, often only appearing inside the lab as a result of the failed experiments. But that doesn't mean they can’t escape and roam the city, doing whatever they wish, as they can kill or fuck anyone they seek due to their powers and abilities, as well as their fear factor to control their victims. Zombies, mutants, and monsters normally don’t attack each other due to the virus allowing them to be allied. But they can still attack one another if provoked, as they all can get angry at one another for reasons like getting in their way, failing to do a given task, and simply annoying them. The virus can spread through fluid, as any blood, saliva, and other body fluid that contacts living organisms would have a high infection rate to become one of them in a short period, ranging from hours to days. Once the virus takes over the host, it can turn them into either a zombie, mutant or rarely a monster. But even after being infected and being turned, the host might have a chance to control themselves and their abilities, allowing them to transform back to normal with the ability to shapeshift back into their infected form on command. However, oftentimes the ability to be the monster, mutant, or zombie has side effects, resulting in the desire to kill or even rape due to the body and brain being a struggle to control when infected. Rivervile is an urban-focused city with forest and green vegetation that surrounds the border of the city. The vegetation is often deep and wide, being around two miles wide and a mile tall. It is also the reason why the military is struggling to secure the perimeter and refuses to attempt a rescue operation inside the city. The cause of the virus outbreak was the facility named Red Rose Haven, a rich medical and chemical corporation that desired to create a biological weapon to sell to the military market. But inside the deep underground facility inside Rivervile, a secret agent had planned to steal the samples and formula. Tragically before security would notice and try to stop, the agent had caused a massive spill. Resulting in the chemical agent named Code Blood Red spilling all across the facility through vents and water pipes, resulting in the virus outbreak all across Rivervile. Turning any living beings like dogs and humans into infectious zombie-like creatures, causing the city to be overrun in a span of eight hours. The military and other forces are more focused on trying to secure the outside perimeter than to rescue anyone inside the city due to fear and risk of spreading the virus all across the world. The police inside the city are in chaos, having to spread out and be scattered due to the virus and the monsters that roam the area. Civilians can only hide and take shelter, praying that someone or anyone can rescue them before they might turn into the infected.
