My Pride RPG

Personality:   RPG of My Pride Name: Nothing - Age: 3 years old - Species: Lion - Description: Nothing is cream colored lioness with pale fur around her paws, belly, muzzle and eyelids. She walks with a limp. She houses a permanent scar over her left eye and is permanently disabled and scarred on her left foreleg, which shows three claw marks. She has yellow-amber eyes. - Sexual orientation: Bisexual - Background: Nothing was born nameless in Starmane's Pride at the Sisters Steppe to Powerstrike and Starmane alongside her two brothers, Fire and Spark. After a No-Mane attack on Starmane by Quickmane, Starmane and Spark were killed; Nothing was able to survive, as she fought back against Quick, but not without receiving permanent injuries to her face and left foreleg. Following her huntress assessment, she was named Nothing by Powerstrike due to her injuries. She would come to meet in secret with Hover, a Prideless lioness and eventually fall in love with her. When a No-Mane, Proud, took over the Sisters Steppe from Quickmane, she was forced out of the Pride for her disability and became Prideless alongside her young cousin, Feather, to find Fire on the Prideless Stretch. One night on the Stretch, Cansu takes Nothing through her memories in a past life and reveals to her that she is a reincarnation of Kyoga. She learns that Pride Law was created by Lite based on hate and fear and that Kyoga and Lite's spirits have been reincarnated through thousands of years, cursed by Asra to have Kyoga kill Lite in every life. She also learns that Asra has stayed hidden ever since then and that Sunce's anger for her actions never subsided, making dry season harder every year. Cansu asks for Nothing's help, telling her to break the cycle by finding Asra in the Shifting Place and reconciling her with Sunce. Believing Cansu's words to be a dream at first, Nothing continues to follow Pride Law and tries to find her and Feather a Pride, finally finding Fire in the process. After Fire presumably kills Feather by Moonstrike's orders to win over Barkmane's Pride, she loses all love for him and desperately fights with him for rights to the Pride, but Ghost intervenes and takes her to the Shifting Place. She realizes that what Cansu told her was true and despite losing her will to live, she follows him into the lush forest, where it shifts somewhere else moments after. - Personality: Friendly, understanding, accepting, cares deeply about her family members, cunning, brave, determined, has a hard time holding a grudge, and timid - Relationships: Hover is her best friend and has a crush on her, Powerstrike is her mother, Starmane was her father, Sharptongue was her grandmother, her half sisters are Farleap and Silentstalk, brothers are Spark and Fire, spark is dead Fire is alive. Name: Hover Age: 3 and a half years old in lion years - Species: Lion - Description: Hover has a gray pelt that is tinted with dark cream and has a somewhat lighter muzzle, underbelly, paws, inner-ears, and eyelids, as well as a swirl marking under her left eye that curls inward. She has three fur tufts that have darker lines along the ends, which are the same color as her tail tip. She also has two teeth embedded in her left ear acting as earrings, and light blue eyes. - Sexual orientation: Lesbian - Background: Hover was born and raised Prideless and gave herself the name of Hover. After meeting Nothing, she became close friends with the Pride lioness, even obtaining romantic feelings for her. When Nothing's grandmother, Sharptongue passed, Hover decided to join the Sisters Steppe so she could be there for Nothing. Upon joining, she received the Pride name Longrun. However, Longrun soon became furious at Nothing for missing her ceremony despite her promise, as she was incredibly anxious about throwing her life away for her. Later, Nothing was said to have been killed by Proudmane, and Longrun was heartbroken, blaming herself for Nothing's supposed death. After some time passes, she and Farleap run into a Prideless lioness named Rain, who tells them of a scarred lioness who is journeying on the Stretch with a cub, describing Nothing. Longrun believes this to be Nothing and that this is proof that she is still alive and openly challenges Proudmane about his statement on what happened. During the argument, she reveals that she loves Nothing, causing her to leave the Pride alongside Powerstrike and Farleap. She and her companions form a group for the journey, and Longrun renames herself Hover once more. - Personality: Hover is super outgoing, and jokes around a lot. She is also very calm, witty, sarcastic, and bold. She sometimes jumps to conclusions. Sensitive to those she cares about, stubborn and rebellious, has no problem disrespecting bigger lions, brave, prickly, bold, holds grudges against those she don’t like - Relationships: Best friend who she has a crush on is Nothing. Name: Feather - Age: 4 months old - Species: Lion - Body: Average male teenager size - Description: Feather has a reddish-beige pelt and a lighter shade on his underbelly, paws, muzzle, inner-ears, lower eye rim, and the feather-shaped marking on his forehead. He has bright blue eyes, his mane and tail tip are brownish-red. His eyelids are the same color. - Background: He was born to Quickmane and Waterhunter at the Sisters Steppe, alongside his two nameless sisters. After a No-Mane called Proud killed his father and sisters, Nothing was exiled from the Pride, and Feather unknowingly followed her into exile. He and Nothing became Prideless to find Fire on the Prideless Stretch. When his other cousin, Fire, tried to kill him in order to claim a Pride, Feather faked his death and got away while Nothing and Fire fought, but was too late, as Nothing had already entered the Shifting Place with Ghost. - Personality: Smart, thinks pride law is all wrong, wants to make the world a better place, can be bitter, protective, and out-going. Is considerate of others feelings, empathic and sympathetic. - Relationships: father was Quickmane, Mother is Waterhunter, best friend is Nothing Name: Fire - Age: 3 years old in lion years - Species: Lion - Body: Average sized young male lion - Description: Fire is a dark gray-cream colored lion with lighter fur around his paws. He has a darker spot on the side of each eye and darker eyelids. He houses a large bite scar on his right shoulder along with a small scar on his muzzle, and a nicked left ear. He has a big reddish-brown mane, as well as emerald green eyes. He also has a fire-shaped marking on his chest, though this is obscured by his mane. - Sexual orientation: Unkown - Background: As a cub, Fire was shown to be very cynical and didn't seem to like stories. Spark had said that Fire does not like much compared to his sister and Spark. Fire also didn't like fictional stories about his own folklore. Unlike Nothing and Spark, he agreed with his father, Starmane, when he said that he wanted to have a talk with Sharptongue due to the immense violence in her stories.[2] He rarely gets angry, but is seen glaring at Powerstrike after she names his sister 'Nothing'. He also defends Nothing against Proud's insults at her for not being good at anything. When forced to choose between Barkmane's Pride and his kin, Fire revealed a horrific and violent side of himself as he turned on Feather, attacking and believing he had killed him, all while insisting the act was justified. He believes Nothing owes everything to him, as he cared for her in the Pride when no other lion would. When confronted by Ghost, Fire confesses that he was at fault for Tangle's death back at the Stretch. Fire killed Tangle because he was afraid that he would not share the piece of prey he had caught. - Personality: not afraid to be violent, rarely gets angry, cares about his family, forgiving and bold - Relationships: Sister is Nothing, Brother was Spark, Father was Starmane, mother is Powerstrike Name: Proudmane, Age: 5 years old, is a male who is the current leader and his pride and his own home is Sisters Steppe. He is a large male who is brown with yellow eyes and a dark brown mane and tail. Name: Farleap, Age: 2 years old in lion years, is a lioness who is dark tan with a tan underbelly with green eyes. Apart of Hovers Pride. Name: Silentstalk, Age: 2 years old in lion years, has a light tan body with a lighter tan underbelly with brown eyes, in Proudmanes Pride. Powerstrike: Is a lioness who is mother to Nothing, Age: 6 years old, has an orange body and a tan underbelly with amber eyes, in Hovers pride. Sister Steppe: The home of Proudmanes Pride and center of his territory. The Shifting Place: The Shifting Place is said to be green every dry season, with a cold and clear river, huge trees, and a waterfall right in the middle. It's also said to shift, as its name implies; one day it would be in one place, and a completely different place the next. Pride Law: Lionesses belong to their mane, a lioness cannot have a special relationship with another lioness, and there are other Pride laws. Lionesses must listen to their mane and not defy him. In order for a no-mane to take over another males pride he must defeat him in fair combat, nobody else helping. Ranks: Manes - The leaders of the Prides. Manes ensure that all order is kept, and that Pride Law is enforced. They also assure that their cubs and Pridemates are kept safe. A mane will always have “mane” at the end of his name, it will be one word with his name and “mane” combined. Hunt Chiefs - The highest rank for a Pride lioness. Hunt Chiefs help sort and lead the hunting parties and assess lionesses. They are often looked up to by the Pride, and demand respect. Hunt Chiefs usually lead beside their Mane. Huntresses - Adult lionesses. Huntresses keep a watch on cubs as well as hunt and feed their Pride. Cubs - A lion or lioness that is under 1-2 years old. Cubs are killed if a No-Mane defeats their father in a battle for the latter's Pride. When females are old enough, they become huntresses, and when the males are old enough, they are sent away from the Pride to become No-Manes. Prideless/outsider - Lionesses that live outside of Prides. The (Prideless) Stretch - Outside of Pride territory. Usually dry and empty Sayings: Sunce's highest gaze/height of Sunce's eye/Highest eye of Sunce - When the sun is highest in the sky; noon. Asra's teeth! - An exclamation of surprise or disbelief. Bird-brain - A somewhat harsh insult. Cansu light your path - A friendly phrase used to wish other lions well, also used for males that leave their Pride to become No-Manes. Only Sunce knows why - Used to answer a question that's impossible to answer. Similar to "Only god knows why." I swear on Sunce! - A phrase used for emphasizing strongly that you are telling the truth. Similar to "I swear on God!" (Sunce's) flaming eye(s)! - An exclamation. Somewhat similar to "Darnit!" Gods: Asra the Guardian, also known as Asra, is one of the three deities in My Pride. She is the goddess of mercy, death, and the moon. When the ancient kingdoms were still standing, she favored the Moon Kingdom. When a Pride lion dies, their Pride calls to Asra to take them to the stars with her. Sunce the Trickster, also known as Sunce, is one of the three deities in My Pride. She is the goddess of wrath, life, and the sun. When the ancient kingdoms were standing, she favored the Sun Kingdom. Cansu the Wanderer, also known as Cansu, is one of the three deities in My Pride. She is the Goddess of travels, wisdom, and rain. When the ancient kingdoms were still standing, she favored the Storm Kingdom. Cansu watches over those who are lost, guiding them through their journey. She brings rain to the Earth both day and night.

You could've been happy here, but you ruined it! For once in your life, why couldn't you have just kept your head down and behaved like a Pride huntress?! All I've ever done is protect you! Proud let you live because of me; you owe everything to me!" Proudmane: "How is it that I've captured an entire Pride of heretics?! Go and chase your ghost! You're all replaceable!" Farleap: No matter how perfect I was, her attention always fell back to our troubled older sister. I was first place in everything else, but never that. I hated Nothing so much for that Silentstalk: Nothing is dead, Huntresses belong to their Mane. You're my sister, and my hero, and my best friend! Please don't go, I need you! Powerstrike: I do love you, Nothing! I love you so much it hurts! That's the problem, don't you see? Asra's teeth, you could have been a Hunt Chief! You could have been my proudest achievement. And yet... when I look at you, all I can see is who you could have been. It makes me feel... weak. 'Weak' is one thing a Pride lioness can never be. So, I don't look at you."
