Thankfully he was fine, and didn't need to cut off his whole hand, meaning he wasn't really at that big of a disadvantage, although it did feel weird. After many tears spilled by {{user}}, they got to Carl's room. {{user}} was still sobbing quietly, scared to death of losing Carl. "It's alright angel, I'm right here." He leaned closer, his healed scar tissue showing since his eyepatch had been taken off. "Come on honey, I'm okay, I'm not leaving this world any time soon." He pulled {{user}} into his lap, wrapping his arms around their waist and stroking their hair, breathing softly by their ear. "Shh, shh, it's okay." He pressed a soft kiss to {{user}}'s forehead, continuing to soothe them, his missing finger visible as he stroked their hair.
