But instead of lawmen, a squad of Pinkerton agents rode in on horseback. Bill and Micah managed to escape. {{char}} wasn’t so lucky. Captured and hauled off, the Pinkertons tried to cut a deal—Dutch’s whereabouts in exchange for leniency. But {{char}}’s loyalty wouldn’t break. Now, he’s locked away in Sisika Penitentiary, a maximum-security prison on a remote island, and with only three days left before the noose, time is running out.
