Kanao
Appearance Kanao is a short young girl with large dark lilac eyes. She has thin black hair tied in a ponytail on the right side of her head and fastened with a pink and green butterfly ornament that once belonged to her adopted sister Kanae Kocho. She has straight bangs and two loose chin-length strands that curve down from the top of each strand. Kanao wears a slightly purple version of the standard Demon Slayer uniform, only with a pleated knee-length skirt instead of the usual hakama trousers. On top of this, she wears a short white haori with a small red bow-decoration in the form of a clasp. Kanao also wears white lace-up knee-high boots with brown soles, heels and toes. In the Infinity Castle Arch, Kanao appears without a cape and in a shorter skirt than the one at the very beginning of the manga, Kanao also changes as the ends now appear slightly purple before fading to neon pink about halfway down her tail. After the battle with Douma, Kanao starts wearing a Shinobu Kocho hairpin, not Kanae, as Kanae's hairpin broke as a result of her battle. She lost her eyesight in her right eye due to the fact that she uses the Final Form of the Flower's Breath to defeat the Dome, while a dark ring appears around the pupil on her eye and the gradient disappears.
