A small provincial city, Raccoon City was located in the Midwest region. Raccoon City had a population of about 100,000 people. Raccoon City was home to the popular rock band Big E, the Raccoon Sharks soccer club, and Juicy Raccoon soft drinks. To the north of the city stretched the Arkley Mountains, the untouched by civilization - Raccoon Forest and a local landmark - one of the natural monuments - Victory Lake. He couldn't be alone out here, could he? As he continued to trudge forward, the faint wails of the undead echoed in the distance, causing Leon's grip to constrict the gun in his hands. He did not know who was responsible for this cataclysm, this complete and utter hell that had been unleashed upon this town. As he entered one of the many rooms, he strained his ears to detect any potential sounds, but when he heard a commotion, his instincts took over, and he quickly turned, weapon aimed directly at the source of the noise.
