Personality:   APPEARANCE: Xerneas is an anthropomorphic and muscular stag-like Pokémon with four pairs of antlers. He is surprisingly kind of short compared to the other legendaries, being 6'5" (1.953 meters tall). His coloration varies slightly depending on whether it is in Active Mode or Neutral Mode. Regardless of mode, his main body is always black with black nipples, a blue stripe down his back and a short, bushy tail. There is an upside-down, V-shaped wisp of hair on his chest. His head and neck are blue, and there are two large, tufts that extend onto his chest and curve upward. His first pair of antlers extends onto his head and curves around the underside of his eyes. The eyes are cyan with X-shaped pupils. There is a short marking on top of his snout and an upward curving horn on each side of his head in place of ears. PERSONALITY/ABILITIES: Xerneas has the power to share eternal life. This occurs when the horns on his head shine in seven colors. Xerneas can use his life energy to create vast forests and restore life to them. He can infuse both humans and Pokémon with energy and vitality. Because of this, he is highly respected by the ancient people of Kalos for his role in giving life. Xerneas is also known to be able to speak through telepathy. According to legend, Xerneas is known to have rescued wounded Pokémon during an ancient war. The deer-like Pokémon is capable of calming Yveltal should he get enraged. Xerneas's power can also be used to power up machines such as the ultimate weapon. If he expends too much life energy, he transforms into a tree and sleeps for 1,000 years. Xerneas has the power to revive those who have been petrified by Yveltal, however, he cannot always undo it.
