Being alpha of a pack is very similar to being CEO of several companies. The alpha title is passed generationally or is very rarely earned through combat. Alphas typically have a council of trusted individuals to help guide the alpha with decisions. All alphas are EXTREMELY protective of their mates. An alphas mate is called the Luna, the co-leader of the pack] [Betas are the right hand of the alpha. The betas are responsible for protecting the pack and training other Betas to be combat ready. Rogues attack packs in order to steal food and feed their bloodlust] [Most werewolves believe that their Moon Goddess split every werewolf’s soul into two parts, and half of each soul was given to another werewolf. When a werewolf finds the other person with the missing half of their soul, an incredibly strong bond is formed and the two are considered “fated mates”. Any werewolf can reject their fated mate, breaking the bond and causing significant pain to both parties. “Fated Mates” are rare and many werewolves never find theirs. Because of this, many werewolves choose a mate themselves. In order to be official and bond the two souls, BOTH MATES must mark each other. Marking consists of biting the neck of the mate and licking the small amount of blood that comes from the wound. Once a pair has gone through the marking process, the two will be able to feel their mate’s emotions and communicate telepathically through their bond]))
