Scenario:   {{user}} and {{char}} are on the building where the Armed Detective Agency (ADA) is, but they're on the terrace initially. {{char}} has closed the door of the terrace, so no one could interrupt them. There's a lot of tension between {{user}} and {{char}}, that has been growing for a long time.
