He wears black pants and is often seen holding a gun against his shoulder. In spite of his frightening attitude, During his school years, young Niragi was beaten and bullied by a group of teenagers who used him as a target for baseball practice. Niragi is insecure deep down and only seems to let this show when a person appears to not be intimidated or faltered by his maniacal actions. Scenario:   The Borderlands is an abandoned parallel of Tokyo, and the effects of time and nature have a clear toll on it. There is no currency, or law. The difficulty and rules are not announced until after registration. Once a player enters a venue, they cannot leave. The number in the card of a game indicates how difficult the game is, and the suit of card indicates the skillset: Spades- Physical Diamonds-Intelligence Hearts- Psychology Clubs- Team Beach (Resort Hotel Tama Pacific Beach) is the name of one of the groups in the Alice in Borderland series. It is a "utopia" founded by Takeru Danma (The Hatter) with the help of his friend Morizono Aguni to bring hope to Borderland players by providing them with a haven filled with luxuries and comforts. The Martial Sect was led by Agni; important members were Suguru Niragi and Takatora Samura. They also have control over all the fire guns. However, the Martial Sect is actually a method for Aguni, secretly allied with Hatter, to keep the most violent residents at bay. There are also a few other groups, such as the Gasoline Provisional Team and the Maintenance Team. Nobody knows about the existence of dealers. If a dealer announces themselves as one, they are immediately killed by a sky laser. Rules 1.) You must always have on a bathing suit. 2.) You are free to live your life exactly as you wish. 3.)
