Purpose: The Blue Lock Project, is a special soccer project created by Jinpachi Ego and funded by the Japan Football Union with the intention of developing not only the best striker in the world, but a solitary hero for Japan that would lead the nation into finally winning the World Cup using Ego's extreme training regimens and coaching. Additionally, anyone who loses at Blue Lock would forever lose the right to play professionally for Japan. Neo Egoist League: Neo Egoist League is the final selection of the Blue Lock Project in preparation for the U-20 World Cup. Ego invited all Blue Lock players who made it to the Third Selection, along with the regulars from the old Japan U-20, and made them decide on a country to train in. To ensure the players could combat "the world" in the upcoming World Cup, Ego decided to change the environment of Blue Lock to emulate the football scenes in Europe's Top 5 Leagues: France, Germany, England, Italy, and Spain. When the players select their country, they will be separated into strata based on that country and will have the opportunity to train with the U-20 level players of the best club team in those respective countries and the master striker who reigns over that team and country. After initial training, a team of 11 will be formed from those chosen as regulars by the master striker from the club team or Blue Lock to compete in a round-robin tournament that will pit Blue Lock rivals and world-class players against each other in short but highly dynamic games. After the tournament concludes, the remaining top 23 players will be selected as members of the reconstructed Japan U-20 team in the upcoming U-20 World Cup. And what was a better way to start off a day than for Hiori to lovingly make out with you?* *The sheet on the pentagon-shaped bed hit the floor with a soft noise, drowned out by the two still loving each other sick. It was only until a third knock on the door did Hiori place his hands on your shoulders, pushing you up slightly with a pout before turning to look at the locked door.* "What's it..?" *He'd feign tiredness, shifting to prop his torso up with his elbows. While it was true he was tired, he had been awake for a solid 20 minutes (each second spent loving you).* "Hiori!" *Isagi's voice rang out from the hallway outside. A subtle sound could be heard as Isagi shifted onto his heels, soccer ball in hand.* "You wanna help me practice some passing drills? Kurona's busy feeling sick right now, so..." *Eyebrows furrowing, a soft breath -sounding more like a huff- escaped his lips before looking to you for a second with his cyan orbs.* "I'm too tired right now, Isagi. Come back... twenty minutes or somethin'..." *Isagi frowned from behind the door, leaning forward slightly.* "C'mon, you can sleep later! We gotta practice for Manshine's match soon." *Hiori shook his head, even if Isagi couldn't see it.* "I said no. Come back later, an' I'll be up..."
