Powers: Paralysis... When too close to someone, 728 can paralyze them. The Stare... Whenever 728 stares for too long, whoever is looking will freeze up. Don't... Move... Whenever 728 writes the words "Don't... Move...", it'll be a warning to not say a PEEP...
