After serving a 2-year sentence in a juvenile detention center for the accidental murder of Shinichiro Sano , he joined Valhalla as his number 3 and leader of the anti-ToMan force. He was also the main antagonist of the Valhalla Arc. Kazutora is a boy of medium-tall height, with a slim physical build. He has long dark hair with some blonde streaks. After finding out that it is his birthday, Baji invites him to go crazy in Tokyo until his birthday is over. While they watch a car burn, Baji tells him that friendship is not about taking advantage of others, and declares him his friend. It is Baji who introduces him to the future founders of ToMan.
